Shoura Surah,Verse of 23
Such is the good news that Allah gives to His servants who have faith and do righteous deeds! Say, ‘I do not ask you any reward for it except the love of [my] relatives.’ Whoever performs a good deed, we shall enhance its goodness for him. Indeed, Allah is all-forgiving, all-appreciative
Tips
In the previous verse, we read that the reward of righteous believers is the gardens of paradise and the achievement of all desires and the great grace of God. In this verse, it is about the reward of the one who has brought hundreds of millions of people to these gardens and desires with his guidance, that is, the Prophet of Islam. If the gift of a flower needs thanks and reward, what will be the reward for saving humanity
Looking at the Quran, we can see that the slogan of all the prophets was that we do not ask for any reward except from our Lord. In Surah Shoura from verse 109 to verse 127, the words of Noah, Hud , Saleh, Lot and Shoaib, and in Surah Saba verse 47, the words of the Prophet of Islam are as follows: there is no reward except for Allah)
Of course, there is no doubt that the prophets meant that we do not want material rewards, but We want you to be guided, because all of them, after rejecting the request for wages in Surah al-Shoura, enjoined people to piety and obey God. Fattaqu Allah wa Atioun
So the prophets do not want material reward, but they want spiritual reward and guidance of the people, which is actually for the benefit of the people themselves, like a teacher saying to his student; I don't ask you for a reward, and my reward is only one thing, and that is that you study. In fact, this is a reward for the student
What is the reward of Prophet Muhammadﷺ
The Prophet of Islam also did not ask people for material wages, but he was commissioned by God several times with the word "qol= say " to ask people for spiritual wages, which is for the benefit of the people themselves. And this spiritual wage also comes in two interpretations
He once said, "I do not ask for any reward except that whoever chooses to choose the way of God,
«إِلاّٰ مَنْ شٰاءَ أَنْ يَتَّخِذَ إِلىٰ رَبِّهِ سَبِيلاً»
but I wish to take it to the Lord
Mission is two things, one is choosing God's path and the other is
My family . It is interesting that the word "Ella=الّا" is mentioned in both interpretations, which means that my reward is only this case.
With a little reflection, we understand that the path of God and the love of the Ahlul Bayt must be the same because if there are two, it is a contradiction, that is, it cannot be said that I only study in the summers, and once again I only study in the winters because they must be the same thing
The Prophet of Islam is commissioned by God once to tell people: My reward is only choosing God's way and once again he is commissioned to say that my reward is only loving my family. In fact, these two requests should be the same, that is, God's way is the same as My family's affection
On the other hand, affection is associated with two things, one is recognition and knowledge, because until a person knows someone, he cannot love him. The second is obedience, because without obedience, affection is a kind of pretense and hypocrisy. It is a lie and flattery. Therefore, those who take their orders from people other than the Prophet's family have not followed the path of God. This is from the perspective of the Quran
But from the point of view of reason, the reward should be equal to the action. The mission has no equal weight except the Imamate, which is its continuation. The reward of the mission is the continuation of guidance. The reward of an infallible person is to entrust the work to another infallible person. The reward of the just person is to entrust his efforts to another just person
Reason says: As long as there is grace, there should be gratitude, and if today the grace of the Prophet has reached us and we have been guided to Islam, we should pay the reward of his mission, and if the reward of mission is the affection of his relatives, then today too there should be his relatives so that we can have affection and obedience towards him. Yes, today too we should have affection for Hazrat Mahdi (peace be upon him) and be obedient to him
Can we not say that the Muslims of the early days of Islam were commanded to pay the reward of the prophet hood and to be affectionate towards the relatives of the Prophet, but today's Muslims either do not have this duty or there are no relatives of the Prophet to whom they can show affection and pay the reward of the prophet hood. Of course, the affection of Hazrat Mahdi (peace be upon him) during the occultation is to act on his messages and follow the path of those to whom he has entrusted us, that is, just jurists who are free from ambition and lust
The human mind understands that the affection of the relatives of the Prophet of Islam was a reward for the Prophet who led hundreds of millions of people to guidance, happiness, and the great grace of God, so these relatives are the highest and infallible individuals. Because the affection of a sinner is never a reward for the infallible Prophet. It is impossible to believe that the affection of sinful individuals has been obligatory on the Muslims of the world throughout history, and no sect of Muslims (except Shiites) considers its leaders infallible, and no individual or group has ever attributed any sin to infallible Imams. Also any great person or group has not been introduced as masters for infallible Imams
Reason says that placing human hands in the hands of non-innocent people is not only an injustice to humanity, but also an injustice to the whole of existence, because existence was created for man. For real and spiritual evolution and becoming a god, and isn't entrusting this human being with those lofty goals to non-infallible leaders an injustice to him and an injustice to existence
If in the narrations of the infallible leader and his province, he is known as the foundation and foundation of the religion,
and if Hazrat Ali, the divider of people between heaven and hell, is introduced as the division of Paradise and Hell. And if prayer is not accepted without guardianship. And if the affection of the Ahl al-Bayt is good work and if pilgrimage and supplication are ordered to them, it is all due to the same alchemical essence of affection
Zamakhshari and Fakhre Razi, who are among the elders of Sunnis, have mentioned in their interpretations that the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, said
whoever dies with the friendship of the family of Muhammad is a martyr
whoever dies with the friendship of the family of Muhammad is a repentant person
whoever dies with the friendship of the family of Muhammad Complete faith has passed away
Whoever dies with the friendship of the Prophet's family has died according to the Prophet's tradition and way of life
Now the question arises, can obedience without obedience be equal to martyrdom, forgiveness and complete faith
In these interpretations, below this verse, there is a hadith from the Holy Prophet that
Be aware that whoever dies with grudge and hatred of the family of Muhammad, the Day of Judgment will come, while between two his eyes are written. He is disappointed and deprived of God's mercy
Be aware that whoever dies with the hatred of the family of Muhammad will not smell the
.fragrance of heaven
?Who are-Al-Qurba
Fakhr Razi has mentioned in his Tafsir that as soon as the verse of Mavaddat was revealed
they asked the Holy Prophet: Who are the close ones whose loyalty is obligatory on us? The prophet said: Ali and Fatemeh and his children then adds that
Fatemeh is a part of my body. And those who harm her, harm me
«إِنَّ اَلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ اَللّٰهَ وَ رَسُولَهُ لَعَنَهُمُ اَللّٰهُ فِي اَلدُّنْيٰا وَ اَلْآخِرَةِ وَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذٰاباً مُهِيناً»
(Ahzab 57)
And the punishment for those who harm the Messenger of God is stated in the Quran as follows: may Allah curse them in this world and the Hereafter, and give them a humiliating punishment
In the hadith, we read that Imam Hasan, peace be upon him, in the following sentence
He said
" اقتراف الحسنة مودتنا اهل البيت "
Earning good deeds is favor to the Ahl al-Bayt
Messages
God's good news is very great and immense-
The sign of God's servant is faith and righteous deeds. The worship of the faithful and the righteous
The secret to receiving all those blessings and tidings is God's service, faith and charity
Mavaddat al-qurba is a clear example of faith and good deeds. And Allah gives good news to the worship of those who believe and do good deeds
Asking for a salary is heavy from one's own language, So the prophet is commissioned by God to announce his reward to the people
6- Mavaddat is not possible without knowledge, so the reward of the mission is, first of all, knowledge of the Prophet's family, then Mavaddat=affection (them) is only for Ahl al- Bayt
Mavaddat without obedience is hypocrisy and flattery. So Mavaddat al-Qurba means obeying them
They are innocent because the love of the sinner cannot be considered as the reward of the mission
The grace that is necessarily accompanied by knowledge and obedience is established only in Ahl al-Bayt. The word "fi" is the code that the place of worship belongs only to the Ahl al-Bayt. Fel -Quraba
Affection in one's family is a way to obtain good deeds
The loyalty of the Ahl al-Bayt is the most outstanding good deed
Kindness to relatives is good
Proximity leads to more rewards
The friendship of the Prophet's family is the basis for receiving forgiveness
God is grateful to those who do their duty in the favor of the Ahl al-Bayt
