"Interpretation of Nesa Surah, Verse of 59, Verse of "Ule al- Amr

O you who have faith! Obey Allah and obey the Apostle and those vested with authority among you. And if you dispute concerning anything, refer it to Allah and the Apostle, if you have faith in Allah and the Last Day. That is better and more favorable in outcome

Do you believe in resurrection? This reference to the Quran and Sunnah is better to resolve the dispute and have a better end

Tips

The previous verse expressed the duties of the rulers, who should be fair and trustworthy. This verse refers to the duty of the people before God and the Prophet. Despite the existence of three references, "God", "Prophet" and "Ule al-Amr اولی الامر= ", people will never be in a dead end. The three references for obedience do not conflict with Quranic monotheism, because obedience to The Prophet and the leader of the commandments is also a ray of obedience to God and in its length, not in its width, and by God's command. Obeying these two is necessary

In the example commentary, it is quoted from Ibn Abbas that when the Prophet of Islam left for Tabuk, the verse was revealed

The Prophet (peace be upon Him) appointed Ali (peace be upon him) in his place in Madinah and said: " You are for me as Harun was for Moses

"انت منی بمنزله هارون من موسی

In the previous verse, it was ordered that the trust be entrusted to The owners. This verse seems to say to entrust it to the owners. It is in the shadow of obedience to God, the Messenger, and the leaders

Repetition of the command

"اطیعوا"

is the key to the variety of the commands. The Prophet sometimes expressed divine decrees and sometimes gave instructions for Government field and then there are two positions "Mission" and "Government". The Quran sometimes addresses the Prophet and says, "We have sent down the remembrance to you, so that you may explain to the people what has been revealed to them." Explain what we have revealed to the people

Nahl 44)

Sometimes he said: “To judge between  men by what Allah will rule among the people and judge based on divine  laws

=The Quran orders "do not obey

"لا تتبع=لا تطع "

about corruptors, spendthrifts, misguided, ignorant, oppressors, etc. Therefore,

the case of obey" should be those  who are not  prohibited from obeying them

Their obedience should not contradict the commands of God and the Messenger

In the verse, it is mentioned about obeying the first commandments, but when there is a dispute, it is not mentioned to refer to them, instead, God and the Messenger are the only authority to resolve the dispute. In the prophetic narrations, the Prophet's Ahl al-Bayt introduced the first command. (Kamal al-din Saduq :222)

Hussain bin Abi al-Ala says that I presented my opinion about the guardians of the Prophet and that obeying them is obligatory to Imam Sadeq, peace be upon him. Imam Sadeq said, yes, it is so. These are the same people about whom God said: Obey God= اطیعوا ... And he said about them

Your guardian is only Allah and His Messenger and those who have believed - those who establish prayer and pay zakat while bowing. (Kafi, V1 :187)

Hazrat Ali, peace be upon him, said in sermon 125 of Nahj al-Balaghah and the Testament of Malik Ashtar that he meant referring to God and the Messenger refer to the verses of the Courts and the tradition that everyone agrees on

Hazrat Ali (peace be upon him) said that any ruler who judges other than Ahl al- Bayt is a tyrant .

(Daa’em al Islam V2:530)
