The meaning of seeking exclusive help from God

The meaning of asking God for help for worship

The fact that we say that for your worship and your service, you must help us and we ask you for help, the principle of asking God for help - minus the exclusive aspect  - seems to mean that I am an imperfect and incapable human being. If I put all my powers together in the way of worshiping you , then I have not fulfilled the right of worshiping you and I have not fulfilled it. You have to give extra help so that I can; This is the truth. If we serve God, worship God, even if we do this with all our powers, we have not fulfilled a part of what is the right to worship God

You see that saints like the Prophet and the Imams say: "ما عبدناک حق عبادتک “, We did not worship you as you deserve to be worshiped. Look at these prayers, someone like Imam Sajjad (a.s.), someone like Imam Hussain (a.s.), someone like Amir al-Mu'minin (a.s.) admit to their own shortcomings in worshiping God

Even though what they were doing is not even clear to us and we can't even imagine it. So asking God for help for worship means declaring our helplessness in front of the duty of worship; We want to say that we cannot do this task well with all our powers unless you help

The meaning of seeking exclusive help from God

When we say "Iyya ka Nabodo wa Iyya ka Nastein" we only seek help from you, does it mean that Shouldn't you ask for help from someone else? Well, we get help from people, we get help from humans, from brothers, from friends, from classmates, from others. In general, in the Qur'an itself, getting help from others and helping to cooperate in good deeds is recommended: “And cooperate in righteousness and warding off”. A part of verse 2 of Surah Maeda

Therefore, you can get help from others in doing good. What does it mean when we say "Iyya ka Nastein" - we only seek help from you? In short, it means that the Unitarian human being knows all the forces and powers from that God, and the one who helps you is not a helper or a capable person; God is able. The real power belongs to Him

These powers of ours are virtual powers; It is a power that if God wills, this form of power will become real power. Well, physical power is a power, political power is a power, monetary power is a power; Can those who have these powers do everything they want to do? If God wills and wants, this virtual and formal power will be effective and untangle

So true power belongs to God; It is with His will that the forms of power acquire the meaning of power and the truth of power arises in them. If you seek help from someone other than God and consider him as the possessor of power, it is polytheism; You think that I have nothing to do with God, what should I do if I go to God? I go to someone who has power and take it from him, this is polytheism according to Islam and Islamic culture

All powers belong to God

The power belongs to God, the power belongs to Him, the power is in His possession, because where God wills, the most powerful powers in the world stop doing their work. It has a helicopter, It has equipped radios, It has money, It has fuel, It has a spy device, It has a satellite, It has an internal spy and a fifth column, and it has everything at Its disposal, but when they come to enter Iran, they are in trouble in Tabas.( referring to the failure of the US military operation against Iran to free its spies in 1980)

Who can say that they did not have power, the power they had in appearance. Well, here the Almighty God has not willed this power to bear fruit, it will not bear fruit. Right now, the arrogant powers and the big Zionists, the capitalists and the big companies and the owners of the big global privileges - these are the ones whose life consists of the oil of this region and the rest of the reserves and wealth of this region and the people of this region and the markets of this region

- They are very worried about the existence of an Islamic government, While they seem to have everything, they have advertising facilities - but their wishes have not been fulfilled. So material powers are like this, it is the form of power. Sometimes God Almighty wills that this power does not work, it does not work, sometimes God wills that the power works, so it does. Like the fire that did not affect Abraham or the case of Prophet Moses who crossed the Red Sea. These show the influence and role of divine will. Therefore, if God wills, this thing that has the face of power will become power; If we imagine otherwise, it is polytheism to God's power, all powers other than God's power are fake powers

Power is false. And the believer and unbeliever only sees power before God and turns to him and asks him to untie the knot and to start the show of power. Now, sometimes it is necessary for man to get help in the direction of God, in the way that is pleasing to God, from the center that is pleasing to God, there is no problem; You also take money from someone, but you know that this is not problem solver, that is not the real power, the power belongs to God. Use anyone, anywhere, you must know that it belongs to God. Even if it is in this person's pocket, even if it is in that person's arm, even if it is in the political bag of so-and-so. This is the meaning of "Iyya ka Nasta'in". In the sentence "Iyya ka Nastein" which meant that we only ask for help from you, it was said that this does not mean not asking for help or not getting help from something or someone else, but in the divine vision, all powers are in the hands of God; Because everything belongs to him. What we attribute to ourselves or to other human beings is a virtual attribute. "My property", "my soul", "my power", all these belong to God in the divine vision. So at the same time when you ask or want something from someone, according to the divine attitude and vision, you are actually asking for it from God; It is his and belongs to him. Although it seems to be in the hands of someone else. This vision makes man free and independent; It does not make a person a debtor other than God. Also, this insight means that one should not ask someone who is not pleased with God. Just as something that is not pleasing to God should not be asked of anyone; Because our business in getting help is completely with God
