The reason for repeating Al-Rahman Al-Rahim
Al-Rahman al-Rahim had come both in Bismillah and here. We can say that this repetition has no obstacle because "Bismillah" is a separate form and belongs to all surahs. First of all, it is words. We can say that Rahman al-Rahim was considered in Bismillah from one point of view and here from another point of view.There, it was to express God's attribute, but here, after the word Rab Al-Alamin, we say Al-Rahman al-Rahim, it is to express the direction of God's Lordship. It is a grower phrase. It is an educator and a leader phrase. In what direction does Almighty God nurture humans? In what direction does it develop humans and creatures? What is the direction and content of the world's godliness towards creatures? The answer is that , it has a theme of mercy grows. It guides people in the direction of mercy. The degree of mercy governs their affairs and makes plans in the direction of mercy. Mercy is the goal and direction of human creation, human guidance, human education, and planning of human affairs and other creatures. So Rahman al-Rahim is mentioned here for this purpose
