Why the Quran must be interpreted to all communities

The  Quran for all  communities of Muslim people, whatever their language, even if their language is Arabic, which is the language of the Qur'an, must be interpreted and explained. This does not mean that the Qur'an was revealed beyond the general understanding of the people, or that it is not possible for some people to understand the Qur'an if they know the .language of the Qur'an.The first point is that many teachings have been spread densely throughout the Qur'an, summarizing these contents is not everyone's job. Paying attention to other verses and other teachings may give more depth and new dimensions to the understanding of this verse that we are studying, and this is not everyone's   job.Another point is that every  eloquent book, even if it is not a heavenly book, when it is placed in front of an ordinary person, that person will understand something from it, and when it is placed in front of a person with high knowledge, he will understand something more.

Immediately after the Prophet of Islam, interpretation of the Qur'an began, and the first commentators were among the companions of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), such as,Abi Ibn Ka'b, Ibn Abbas, and Ibn Masoud. These were the people who wrote the interpretation of the Qur'an, even though all the people of that time were Arabs and many of them had heard the verses of the Qur'an from the Prophet, but in the interpretation of the Qur'an they referred to the elders that we mentioned.
