If a society likes the Quran, get in touch with the Qur'an, takes advantage of the Quran, understands the Quran, and acts according to the guidance of the Quran, the Quran will help it, and God will hold its hand and open its way. But if it turns its back on the Quran, it will be hit. And this is what you have seen in Islamic societies over many centuries. What causes many people in Islamic countries today to not understand the clear truths? Away from the Quran.
