The difference between "Hamd" and "Madh"
الحمدلله رب العالمین.
“Hamd” means to praise a person or a creature for an action or attribute that comes from him voluntarily. If there is a characteristic in a person that is not his free will, it is not called “Hamad”. It is said “Madh”. For example, if we want to define someone's beauty, it is not Hamd in Arabic, but someone's bravery can be Hamd, or someone's generosity can be Hamd. Someone's good work can be Hamd. or an attribute that he created in himself. Therefore, Hamd is different from Madh. Praise can mean Hamd, but praise also includes the meaning of Madh
"Al-Hamd" means all praises. If "Alef" and "Lam" are ”Istighrag”, it means all praises belongs to God. All goodness, all beauty, all things that can be praised belong to God and are from God
The word " رب العالمین " is an argument for "Alhamdulillah". Why do all praises belong to God? Because God is the Lord of the worlds. The Lord has different meanings. "Rab" means resourceful and manager. The Lord of something means the one who is in control of this thing.
the "Alameen" is the plural of the world. The universe means any harmonious set with a single direction and a single characteristic. For example, the human world is a collection of people. The inanimate world means all inanimate objects that have common characteristics. The world means that all things in the world have common characteristics.
Dividing the universe and creatures into worlds is based on the fact that when we consider the commonalities of each collection, it becomes a world. The collection of all these becomes "Alamin".
?what does it mean "الحمدلله رب العالمین"
